i saw a fox again the other night. momentarily thought i would hit him with my car but my fears were swiftly relived because those boys are fast.
Maybe the fox thought it would hit you as well and was like "no way I don't want to dent that nice boy's car"

I saw a lil cotton tailed rabbit running down the sidewalk today. I’ve seen more rabbits this year than ever before. They’re a daily occurrence and I saw like 3 growing up.

TURKEY UPDATE: I’ve been seeing these guys around. There numbers have thinned, but there’s still lots. I’m wondering if we hit critical turkey mass or the next gen will be bigger. Ecosystems be crazy, so I’ll just have to wait and see.

ALSO, two sightings of an unidentified (by me) fox. It’s not red.

ALSO, I found a baby bird one windy day at work.

Also, I haven’t seen a lot of interesting dogs lately.

There is a groundhog that keeps running around the backyard. Discharging firearms isn't legal within city limits; my housemate is waiting for the day he can tag it with his bow. If he can successfully get the drop on it, I have no doubt that he'll be successful. He and the crazy Scotsman have already taken out a water moccasin.
