Made some stock from beef bones and I'm currently making pot roast with it. I'll reuse the liquid for soup after.
idk if I've mentioned it before, but I can make decent sourdough bread now. Making some sourdough rye to go with the potroast and for other general bread purposes.
still haven't made devo's peperoncini beef sandwiches, but I still think about it, like when I bought the roast.
